FirstPort Insurance Services is now Knight Square Insurance

We are writing to our customers, past and present, as we are proposing a change to our organisation and want to tell you about it to help protect your interests. 

Why are we changing our name? 

We are part of a wider group who have recently been acquired by Emeria who are the world’s leading provider of real estate services.  

As part the acquisition process the new owners looked to review the organisational structure of its UK operation creating four divisions, including an insurance division to be known as Knight Square Insurance Brokers Ltd. 

How does this affect me? 

We would like to emphasise that there will be no change in the way that business is conducted with you on a day-to-day basis, and you will continue to be serviced by the same team. You will however notice that emails will now come from firstname.secondname@knightsquareinsurance.co.uk; communications and documentation will reflect the Knight Square Insurance name with the regulatory disclosure and logo shown below:

There will be no change to the way the personal data that you have provided to us, or that we have obtained from other sources, is managed. Do I need to do anything?
